Mayor Ichobad Strane is throwing himself an election party on the same spot where author Tabitha Craven met a gruesome demise twenty years ago – to the day.  It is rumored that Tabitha has haunted the site since her murder.  Murder strikes again.  Is it the vengeful spirit, or is there a more earthly cause for the newest death?
